To ensure we're fully prepared for your appointment, please provide the following details when booking. This helps us serve you better and get your motorcycle serviced efficiently.
Your information
We'll need your name, address, and telephone number to contact you regarding your appointment. This ensures smooth communication throughout the service process.
Motorcycle details & issue
Please provide your motorcycle's year, make, model, and vehicle identification number (VIN). A clear description of the issue or the specific service desired helps us allocate the right resources and time for your bike.
After you book
After you submit your appointment request, we will contact you to confirm the appointment status. Customers will need to arrange to drop off their motorcycle between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday, and pick up the motorcycle once work is completed. Rides can be provided to and from the shop for a fee based on mileage.
